The Senior Designer (SD) establishes the conceptual and creative execution for projects in conjunction with the art directors and junior designers. Most projects will be digital— from web to tablet to mobile, but also include interactive, social media, retail and print. The SD reports to the creative director and collaborates with the creative team as well as the account team on overall cross-media solutions. This is a full time position.


  • Strategic and conceptual thinking that leads to ideas and solutions applicable to client challenges.
  • Pair curiosity and knowledge to elevate and innovate your creative work in web, mobile and social media.
  • Develop design solutions with a team of CD, AD, designers, copywriters and other partners.
  • Uphold—and raise—the quality of thinking, creative execution and production.
  • Create digital front-end designs including wireframes, web architecture and UX/UI, according to current standards, best practices and cross-browser compatibilities.
  • Bring basic understanding of web and mobile analytics.
  • Align creative solutions with budgets, deadlines and other limitations.
  • Collaborate with team members in terms of knowledge sharing, mentoring and training.
  • Manage projects and creative process from briefing to final approval.
  • Present concepts internally as well as to clients.
  • Work within briefing, brand guidelines and other client requirements.
  • Show understanding of project relevant industries, markets and target audiences.
  • Effectively visualize concepts through recommendations on relevant photography, typography, iconography, UI and graphic elements.
  • Attend off-site shoots and client meetings to contribute creative expertise as needed.


  • 5-7 years working as a designer in an agency environment
  • Deep expertise in digital creative execution and best practices.
  • Mobile design experience is required.
  • Detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Must be a self-starter who will bring original ideas and fresh approaches to each project they work on.
  • Strong self-management skills as well as ability to work as a contributing member of a multi-discipline team.
  • Ability to collaborate with other designers and developers to envision and iterate concepts.
  • BA or BS required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must have proven, hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
